Recipe for spicy tuna melt:

- 1 red onion
- 3 pickles
- 100 grams of aged cheese - 1 jalapeño

- rustic bread
- 100 grams of mayonnaise
- 50 grams of capers
- 200 grams of tuna on water


Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Cut 1 red onion into small cubes, as well as the pickles.

In a bowl, add the red onion, pickles, capers, the tuna and mayonnaise and stir well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Grate the aged cheese and thinly slice the jalapeño.
Cut two slices of the rustic bread and top with the tuna mixture and cheese.

Put the buns in the preheated oven for 6 to 8 minutes and finish with the sliced jalapeño.
