Warranty and complaints

At Kitchen Royal, we believe in providing the best possible service to our customers to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases and that our products are of high quality.

Below is our warranty and complaint policy:

  • Warranty Period We offer a warranty period of 2 years from the date of purchase. If your product fails within this period due to manufacturing defects, we will repair or replace it free of charge.

  • Warranty Terms Our warranty policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, normal wear and tear or improper storage. To claim our warranty, you must return the defective product to us with proof of purchase within the warranty period.

  • Warranty Claims To make a warranty claim, you must contact us via email or phone. We will then give you instructions on how to return the product to us. Once we have received and inspected the defective product, we will repair or replace it.

  • Cost We will cover the cost of repair or replacement, excluding shipping costs. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, we will refund the purchase price.

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks down during transport or that something else happens as a result of which you can claim warranty. Legally, you are required to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.


It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first report complaints to us by emailing us at info@kitchenroyal.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/. As of Feb. 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to file complaints through the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being processed elsewhere you are free to file your complaint through the European Union platform.
